We would come to your property to discuss and plan how to best stage or declutter your home, a minimum of 3-4 days prior to proposed stage/declutter day.
STAGING VACANT HOMES
After the initial free consultation, we will provide you with a quote to beautifully stage your property.
Where applicable, this will include furniture, lamps, rugs, artwork, linen and accessories. We aim to create a beautiful and inviting environment all potential buyers will love.
For this to occur efficiently and effectively we require the property to be completely vacant of furniture, residents, tenants and animals.
DECLUTTERING AND THEN STAGING OCCUPIED HOMES USING OWNERS FURNITURE
We will spend the day with you, working through your house decluttering, basic cleaning, tidying up and changing layout of existing furniture (if required), with the aim of making your property as presentable as possible for sale, all whilst you remain living there. This does not include painting or maintenance work.
Our friendly team understand how stressful it can be financially and will always be considerate of this. Although we may suggest painting, gardening, etc, it will always be your choice as to what you want to do.
Please note Option 2 is only recommended if you cannot fully stage your property vacant, as we believe this is how you will see the best sale results.
Grace Home Staging is located in Adelaide and offers a service of staging vacant homes and units for sale and rent.
We also offer a decluttering service for those who wish to remain living in their homes whilst selling.
