Grace Home Staging is located in Adelaide and offers a service of staging vacant homes and units for sale and rent.

We also offer a partial staging option for those who are required to remain living in their home, whilst selling, but just need those extra touches.

FREE IN-HOME CONSULTATION

  • We come to your property to discuss and plan how to best present your home for sale.  Ideally, this is a minimum of 3-4 days prior to the proposed stage date.

STAGING VACANT HOMES

  • After the initial free consultation, we will provide you with a quote to beautifully stage your property.

  • Our Standard Staging Plan is included with your quote, enabling you to see what we will be providing. 

  • We aim to create a beautiful and inviting environment all potential buyers will love.

  • For this to occur efficiently and effectively we require the property to be clean, completely vacant of furniture, residents, tenants and animals.

 

PARTIAL STAGING

  • Sometimes it is not possible for owners to move out, or their new property may not be ready, therefore they are required to remain living in the home whilst selling.  

  • At our initial free consult we will discuss your situation, then work out the best plan to present your home for sale. 

  • Along with our quote, we will advise all suggestions discussed at our consult.

Our friendly team understand how stressful it can be financially and will always be considerate of this. Although we may suggest painting, gardening, etc, it will always be your choice as to what you want to do.

Our Hire Period is for 6 Weeks, with the option of extending if required.

With full and partial stagings we work very closely with your Agent to ensure a smooth and easy process for our clients.
